St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time Hospitalist position at Rome Memorial Hospital, part of the St. Joseph’s Health system, located in Rome, New York. Position Overview:
- 12-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- One week on / one week off

Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license in the state of New York.
- Prior experience as a Hospitalist preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
St. Joseph’s Health offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Guaranteed base salary: $230,000-$260,000
